Makeup
As per the bride’s convenience, we start off with a trial make up round - this helps me understand what the bride envisions and the kind of look she prefers. Some like to go bold while some prefer subtle make up. We go through few color pallets, make up brands to rule out any reactions and finalize the overall expectations.
Hair
To enhance the final look, I often recommend coloring the hair. We go over most suitable colors to help the hairdo be more noticeable and unique. I only suggest brands that I have myself tested over the years. Not a hair color fan? No problem! Brides do get apprehensive with their locks and I completely understand! I have a plethora of options for natural hair and we go over those well in advance.
OUTFIT
No points for guessing what is the most precious thing to the bride! Outfits! (after the groom of course). From lehengas to sarees to gowns, I have gone through them all. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with different cultures and can easily navigate my way around the minute nuances. If still in doubt, I love going over a dress rehearsal with the bride!
SKIN
My make up materials only include renowned and safe brands. The bride’s skin is the most delicate during these times, battling through the stress of planning and coordinating, let alone the post-marriage jitters. Last thing you want is some sort of reaction. At MObA, I go up and beyond to make sure my make up is new and suitable to your skin - especially if it is known to be sensitive. I encourage my brides to be upfront of their skin concerns, it allows me to be prepared with the most suitable brands for you.
